By purchasing and using Amplinks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our software.

Description of Service

Amplinks is a self-hosted music streaming solution that provides:

  • Complete Docker infrastructure for music streaming
  • iOS application for mobile access
  • Web management interface
  • VPN server configuration for secure access
  • Database and caching infrastructure
  • Music downloader integration
  • Documentation and setup guides

License and Usage

Personal Use License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to:

  • Deploy Amplinks on your own infrastructure
  • Modify the source code for your personal use
  • Access all included documentation and resources
  • Receive updates and improvements

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Amplinks
  • Remove copyright notices or attributions
  • Use Amplinks for commercial hosting services
  • Reverse engineer for competitive purposes
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized users

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensuring you have rights to stream any music content
  • Maintaining the security of your deployment
  • Regular backups of your data and configurations
  • Proper system administration and updates
  • Monitoring resource usage and costs

Music Content and Copyright

Important: Amplinks is a platform for streaming music you legally own or have rights to access. You are solely responsible for ensuring all music content complies with copyright law.

  • Only stream music you have legally acquired
  • Respect artist rights and licensing agreements
  • Do not use for piracy or copyright infringement
  • Comply with your country's copyright laws

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. Our refund policy:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Refunds available for technical issues we cannot resolve
  • No refunds after 30 days from purchase
  • Refund requests must include reason and troubleshooting attempts

Disclaimer of Warranties

Amplinks is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all systems or configurations
  • Security against all possible threats
  • Data integrity or backup reliability
  • Performance on specific hardware or networks

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amplinks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Server downtime or service interruption
  • Security breaches or unauthorized access
  • Infrastructure costs or resource usage
  • Third-party service failures

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary.

Updates and Modifications

We may update Amplinks software and these terms at any time. Updates to the software are provided free of charge to existing customers. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of Amplinks software.

Governing Law
